Notice of Cancellation – Non-Emergency AI RFP

 

Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center hereby provides notice that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Non-Emergency Artificial Intelligence Services has been canceled in its entirety. No award will be made under this solicitation.

 

This action has been taken following consultation with state procurement authorities and in accordance with applicable procurement statutes and administrative rules, which permit cancellation of a solicitation when determined to be in the best interest of the State. Due to evolving programmatic needs and unforeseen changes, it has been determined that the services contemplated under this RFP will instead be fulfilled through a state-funded initiative available via established state purchasing mechanisms. This alternative approach is fully funded and accessible through authorized procurement channels.

 

Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications acknowledges and appreciates the time, effort, and resources invested by all respondents. We recognize that this outcome may be disappointing; however, this decision is not a reflection of the quality of proposals received, but rather the result of necessary changes in procurement strategy.
